Qatar's Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani delivered a strong condemnation of Israeli actions in Gaza, the West Bank, Syria, and Lebanon during his address at the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York on Tuesday. He characterized the events in Gaza as "genocide in every sense of the word" and a "stain of shame on the conscience of humanity."
