This will be the fifth Nobu Hotel in Spain, offering 50 design-led rooms and suites across ten categories, with prices starting at €660 per night for bookings made before September 30, which include breakfast and a €100 dining credit.
The hotel's centerpiece is a three-level Nobu restaurant, helmed by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, serving his signature Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine. The ground floor will feature a lounge, the first floor a show kitchen and dining room, and the third level an intimate eight-seat sushi bar. A rooftop bar will provide skyline views.
Located in the Las Cortes district, the hotel is positioned near major landmarks. General Manager Natasha Hargan stated the opening is a significant milestone for Nobu globally and in Spain, aiming to create an urban sanctuary that blends design, cuisine, and local culture.
The property will also include a wellness area and a Technogym fitness center.
