An Israeli drone strike in southern Lebanon killed five people, including three children and their father, who held U.S. citizenship, according to Lebanon's Health Ministry and reports. Two others were wounded in the attack on Nabitiyeh. The Israeli military stated it was targeting a Hezbollah militant and acknowledged that civilians were killed, adding it was reviewing the incident. Lebanese officials, including President Joseph Aoun and Prime Minister Nawaf Salam, condemned the strike. Hezbollah parliamentarian Hassan Fadlallah stated that the ongoing strikes justify their refusal to disarm and deem the ceasefire ineffective. Two consecutive Israeli drone strikes left two people injured in the Seddiqine area of the Tyre district in southern Lebanon overnight, Lebanon’s National News Agency reported.
