The Lands Tribunal has dismissed a request from Hop On Management Company, a government-appointed administrator, to postpone an extraordinary general meeting of owners at the fire-damaged Wang Fuk Court in Hong Kong. Presiding officer Gary Lam Chin-ching stated that the tribunal lacks the authority to grant such a postponement and urged the company to convene the meeting immediately. The meeting is scheduled for June 13, in accordance with the Building Management Ordinance. The administrator, Hop On Management Company, will review the tribunal's decision and has not yet provided a timeframe for the meeting.
