The sweetened offer proposes A$4.75 in cash for each outstanding ordinary share, implying an equity valuation of A$3.55 billion for the firm. Reliance Worldwide reported a significant profit slump in the 2026 financial year, with net profit falling to $6.3 million from $125 million.
