James Bond-inspired Florida mansion with Aston Martin gallery lists for $85 million

A newly constructed mansion in Delray Beach, Florida, designed with inspiration from the James Bond film "Skyfall," has been listed for $85 million. The approximately 23,000-square-foot property, named Villa Skyfall, was developed by Aldo and Fiorenna Stark, who purchased the land for $5,850,000 in 2024 and completed the home this year.

Listing agent Senada Adžem of Douglas Elliman described the home's design as dramatic and unapologetic, featuring backlit onyx and natural materials. She noted that the inspiration came from Aldo Stark's lifelong appreciation for James Bond. The mansion includes an automotive gallery designed to accommodate Aston Martins, a nod to the iconic spy's vehicles.

The Starks, who own the development firm Prestige Design Homes, reportedly considered the mansion as a potential personal residence before deciding to sell it as a spec home. Aldo Stark previously developed another Bond-like mansion, Villa Spectre, which sold for $55 million in 2024.

Located in the exclusive Stone Creek Ranch community, the property offers significant privacy and security, with 24/7 armed guards.
