The Lands Tribunal has dismissed a request from Hop On Management Company, a government-appointed administrator, to postpone an extraordinary general meeting of owners at the fire-damaged Wang Fuk Court in Hong Kong. Presiding officer Gary Lam Chin-ching stated that the tribunal lacks the authority to grant such a postponement and urged the company to convene the meeting immediately. The meeting is scheduled for June 13, in accordance with the Building Management Ordinance.
