Russia has recently been staging intensive air attacks on Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities. Andriy Yermak, President Volodymyr Zelensky's chief of staff, stated that Russia carried out the strike. Zelensky also mentioned that Kyiv will soon hold talks with US officials.
