The Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF) has submitted a criminal complaint in the Netherlands against Israeli Knesset members Ram Ben Barak and Moshe Solomon, alleging incitement to genocide. The complaint was filed just before their scheduled attendance at the 33rd annual session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in The Hague, which runs from July 4 to July 8.
According to HRF, Ben Barak, who leads Israel's delegation to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, has made repeated statements advocating for the "voluntary migration" of Palestinians from Gaza. The foundation cited a November 2023 proposal by Ben Barak to disperse Gaza's population across numerous countries, suggesting it would be preferable to be a refugee elsewhere than in Gaza.
Moshe Solomon, associated with the Religious Zionism Party, has publicly supported the re-establishment of Israeli settlements in Gaza and called for sustained Israeli control over the territory.
HRF director Dyab Abou Jahjah stated that the remarks made by Ben Barak and Solomon constitute public incitements to commit genocide, not merely political opinions.
