Separately, an Israeli drone attack on Thursday struck a vehicle in Khaldeh, approximately 12km south of Beirut, killing at least one person and injuring three, the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health stated. The Israeli military claimed the strike targeted "military sites and weapons depots."
Lebanese officials have condemned these attacks, which are seen as violations of the ceasefire. Despite diplomatic efforts, these breaches continue, testing Hezbollah's position after significant losses in the previous year's conflict. Hezbollah, an Iran-allied group, has largely refrained from responding to the ongoing Israeli strikes, which have been occurring almost daily since a truce was reached in November.
Hezbollah's Secretary-General Naim Qassem has dismissed any proposal for the group to disarm, stating they would not give up their weapons or land.
