Dymon Asia, a multi-strategy hedge fund based in Singapore, has hired James Meenan, formerly a managing director at Eisler Capital, to bolster its growth and expansion efforts. Meenan, who spent three years in business development at Eisler before its impending closure, will relocate to Hong Kong to take on his new role.
Eisler Capital announced in September that it would cease operations due to rising costs and underperformance. The fund, established in 2015, managed just over $3 billion at the time of the announcement.
Dymon Asia's multi-strategy fund has reportedly returned nearly 15% year-to-date in 2025. The fund gained 1.6% in October, bringing its year-to-date performance to 14.8%, according to sources familiar with the matter.
