In a recent transaction, Blue Owl Capital extended a $750 million senior secured credit facility to TG Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company focused on novel treatments for B-cell diseases. This deal was advised by the law firm Cooley LLP, which has previously assisted Blue Owl Capital on numerous other financing arrangements. These include a $140 million investment in XOMA Corporation in December 2023, up to $1.05 billion in BridgeBio Pharma in January 2024, a $250 million debt financing with TG Therapeutics in August 2024, up to $262.5 million in ITM Isotope Technologies Munich in May 2025, and up to $500 million senior secured credit facility with Madrigal Pharmaceuticals in July 2025.
