MicroStrategy has sold 1,690 bitcoin for $108.6 million, utilizing the proceeds to repurchase 1,152,020 shares of its variable-rate preferred stock (STRC). Concurrently, the company raised an additional $653.1 million through the sale of its common stock (MSTR).
Of the funds generated from the common stock sale, $650 million was allocated to MicroStrategy's U.S. dollar reserve, increasing its balance to $4.65 billion. The remaining $3.1 million was added to the company's cash reserves. Following these transactions, MicroStrategy's bitcoin holdings have decreased to 840,447 BTC, acquired at an average price of $75,385 per bitcoin for a total of $63.36 billion.
The company still has $785.2 million available under its preferred stock repurchase program and $1 billion under its common stock repurchase program.
