The reorganization plan details the transfer of 16 LNG carriers from H-Line Shipping to SK Shipping. In exchange for these LNG vessels, H-Line Shipping will receive 12 tankers and an unspecified amount of cash from SK Shipping. This transaction is poised to dramatically increase SK Shipping's LNG carrying capacity. Following the integration, SK Shipping's LNG fleet will grow to a total of 32 vessels.
