State-owned fertilizer producer Pupuk Indonesia has concluded the initial submission phase for its recent diammonium phosphate (DAP) buy tender, according to market participants. The tender, which was issued on August 7, aims to procure 90,000 tons of light or yellow granular DAP with specifications of either 16-45 or 18-46. The fertilizer is intended for shipment between September and November, to be distributed among four of Pupuk Indonesia's subsidiaries. The exact date for the e-auction, where price submissions will be finalized, has not yet been disclosed. All offers are to be submitted on a cost and freight (cfr) basis, with prices for 16-45 DAP to be converted to the equivalent price of 18-46 DAP. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang requires 30,000 tons for delivery to Boom Baru port across six 5,000-ton shipments from September to December. Petrokimia Gresik is seeking 20,000 tons for delivery to Gresik port in October. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur needs 20,000 tons for delivery to Bontang port via two 10,000-ton shipments in October and November. Pupuk Kujang is looking for 20,000 tons, with one 10,000-ton lot each for delivery to Tanjung Priok and/or Cigading ports in September and November. Pupuk Indonesia's previous tender for 45,000 tons of DAP was awarded on July 16 at a price of $877 per ton cfr.
