Trafalgar Entertainment has acquired the Bridge theatre in London, a venue established in 2017 by Nicholas Hytner and Nick Starr, along with the immersive art venue Lightroom. This acquisition means Trafalgar Entertainment now owns the London Theatre Company (LTC), founded by Hytner and Starr.
Hytner, who previously served as artistic director of the National Theatre, described the nine years spent establishing the Bridge theatre as a "thrilling experience." He directed several of the venue's notable productions, including "Julius Caesar" and "Guys and Dolls." Starr, who was executive director at the National Theatre, stated that the Bridge was designed to be flexible, ambitious, and accessible.
