Charles Boyett brings nearly three decades of experience in residential real estate and brokerage leadership. His background includes serving as director of market development at Coldwell Banker Vanguard and chief operating officer for a large organization at eXp Realty, where he contributed to significant agent growth. Most recently, he held governance and operational roles at Epique Realty.
Allison Watkins possesses close to two decades of real estate experience, excelling as both a top-producing agent and an organizational leader. She was an early adopter of newer brokerage models, having been among the first agents to join Real Brokerage and later Epique Realty in North Carolina.
