In southern Nevada, the operation will be led by Jason Lindstrom as regional director, who will also oversee the Coachella Valley region in California. Melissa Dominguez-Martin has been appointed as the managing and compliance broker for Nevada.

Lindstrom brings over 26 years of real estate experience, including leadership roles across multiple states. He is a U.S. Army veteran with expertise in brokerage growth, recruiting, coaching, and operations. Lindstrom stated that Equity Union prioritizes people, culture, innovation, and agent success.
Dominguez-Martin has more than 24 years of industry experience, with a previous specialization in REO, HUD, and short-sale transactions before founding the Dominguez-Martin Group. She believes Equity Union's commitment to collaboration, innovation, and agent success aligns with her own philosophy.
The Nevada expansion will focus on an agent-first culture, providing in-house marketing and technology support, legal and operational resources, coaching, mentorship, and an organic growth strategy that avoids mergers or acquisitions.
In addition to leading the Nevada expansion, Lindstrom will oversee Equity Union's Coachella Valley region, which comprises over 270 agents and achieved more than $1.2 billion in sales volume in 2025.
