Compass International Holdings is launching its AI-powered Home Platform across its owned brokerage brands, a move the company described as the largest technology deployment in residential real estate history. The rollout begins this summer for brands such as @properties, Coldwell Banker Realty, Corcoran, and Sotheby’s International Realty, with franchise network access anticipated in 2027.
The company stated that unifying its brands on a single platform is intended to support all aspects of the real estate lifecycle, from client acquisition and service to transaction management and fostering repeat business. This initiative also aims to concentrate and scale Compass's proprietary data.
Ori Allon, co-founder of Compass, highlighted that the platform's AI capabilities are fueled by unique data and workflows, creating an advantage that cannot be replicated. Rory Golod, president of growth, called the innovation "the single most important innovation in our business."
The Home Platform has been developed with input from thousands of real estate professionals and is continuously trained on data from exclusive inventory and agent-client interactions. It includes tools for comparative market analysis, client dashboards, and marketing features. Compass believes that by increasing the volume of data feeding its AI models through this expanded deployment, agents will gain a structural advantage in pricing strategy, listing positioning, and client counsel.
