These cleaners are designed to improve the cleaning process within plansifters, aiming to ensure clean sieve fabrics, extend service life, and enhance finished product quality. The NovaBlue II model incorporates ferrite additives, enabling metallic and magnetic detection, which addresses growing food safety demands. Both NovaBlue and NovaWhite are constructed from high-quality elastomeric plastic resistant to temperature, fat, and enzymes. They are designed to be universally compatible with all Bühler sieve frame systems, including Nova, NovaPur, and NovaTec, and fit standard sieve sizes of 640x640mm or 730x730mm. Additionally, Bühler has launched a dedicated maintenance platform to enhance safety, ergonomics, and cleanliness during sieve stack servicing.
