Ag Growth International Inc. (AGI) has announced the appointment of Haaris Uddin as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective August 4, 2026. Uddin will join AGI's executive team and report directly to President and CEO Paul Brisebois.
Uddin brings extensive experience in public-company finance leadership, international operations, and capital markets. Since 2022, he served as CFO of Medicure Inc., a company listed on both the TSX and NASDAQ. Prior to that, he was the CFO of Waverley Pharma Inc., which had operations in Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. Uddin began his career at E&Y as an auditor and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. He holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia and a commerce degree from the University of Manitoba.

Brisebois also thanked interim CFO Nicolle Parker for her support during the transition.
