NoMad Hotels is preparing to launch its first property in the Asia Pacific region, with a new hotel set to open in Singapore in late 2026. Located in the heart of Orchard Road, the 173-key NoMad Hilton Singapore will introduce three distinct dining and bar concepts, alongside a poolside lounge.
Central to the hotel's culinary offerings is Sticky Fingers, a unique concept that will serve gourmet soft-serve sundaes during the day and transform into an intimate cocktail bar in the evening, creatively pairing desserts with drinks. This innovative combination aims to blend indulgence with sophisticated mixology.
Further dining options include The Tropicana Club, an establishment drawing inspiration from Havana's iconic Tropicana Club, offering classic cocktails and tropical concoctions enhanced with Southeast Asian ingredients. Additionally, NoMad Grill, a New York-style chophouse specializing in dry-aged meats cooked over woodfire, will be part of the hotel's amenities. The property will also feature Lú Bar, a poolside venue.
Leo Robitschek, global head of bars and hospitality development at Sydell Group, the creator of the NoMad brand, expressed enthusiasm for the Singapore launch, highlighting the city's vibrant food and beverage scene. He stated the goal is to create a venue genuinely connected to Singapore's culture while embodying the NoMad experience of warmth and occasion.
