Shilo, a company specializing in AI conversation analysis for real estate and mortgage teams, has introduced a new product called 1:1 Coaching. This autonomous AI sales coach conducts one-on-one voice sessions with agents, aiming to provide personalized coaching that scales beyond what a human manager can offer. The AI builds its coaching agenda from an agent's specific call data and incorporates DISC personality insights to tailor the sessions. Leaders will receive consolidated reports and a dashboard to track agent progress.
The company positions this tool as a solution to the high turnover rate in the real estate profession and the inefficiency of lead investment due to inconsistent call execution. Industry data suggests that 87% of real estate agents leave the profession within five years, and teams may waste 40% to 60% of their lead investment on poor call performance.
During a beta program involving 200 agents, coaching sessions averaged 13 minutes, indicating significant engagement. Internal satisfaction metrics, including enjoyment, likelihood to use again, perceived business impact, and personalization, all scored above 7 out of 10. Justin Benson, CEO and co-founder of Shilo, stated that previous coaching methods were not scalable or personal, and that 1:1 Coaching provides a tailored experience for each agent.
1:1 Coaching is now available to existing Shilo customers as part of their current plans. New customers can request a demo.
