Rechat has introduced "Hey Lucy," a new video-centric advertising campaign designed to demonstrate how real estate agents can streamline their business operations using voice commands with Lucy, the company's artificial intelligence assistant. The campaign features real estate professionals in various real-life scenarios, such as arriving at properties, driving between appointments, and leaving open houses, utilizing voice commands to perform essential tasks without manual typing or switching between different applications.
According to Rechat, the campaign is a response to the increasing integration of voice-powered AI into real estate workflows. Shayan Hamidi, CEO of Rechat, stated that agents are constantly on the move and that voice is the most fitting interface for their dynamic work environment. He emphasized that Lucy is designed to understand context, knowing contacts, deals, and listings, positioning her as a knowledgeable colleague rather than a simple chatbot.
The campaign highlights Lucy's capabilities, which include generating single-property websites, dispatching market reports to specific contact segments, updating customer relationship management (CRM) records, composing listing descriptions and social media content, executing buyer searches, requesting testimonials, and retrieving comparable sales data and vendor recommendations. The advertisements are characterized by their lack of narration, focusing solely on the voice command and the resulting action.
Advertising efforts will span Meta, Google, and other national digital platforms throughout the summer, with plans for additional video releases. Audie Chamberlain, vice president of strategic growth and communications at Rechat, commented on the campaign's premise, noting that agents often dislike manual CRM data entry. He suggested that "Hey Lucy" addresses this by automating data entry, allowing agents to complete tasks instantly with spoken commands upon arriving at a listing.
