The platform now includes three new core capabilities: Sites, which allows users to create and share hosted interactive web applications; Annotations, a tool for in-place editing; and six role-specific plugins. These plugins aggregate 62 popular business applications, including those from Snowflake and Figma, aiming to extend Codex's utility beyond coding into areas such as data analytics, creative production, sales, product design, and finance. Notably, the company reported that non-developers are adopting these new enterprise features at three times the rate of engineers.
