Millennium seeks AI superstars for new internship track

Mallory Triano, Millennium's global head of campus recruiting, stated that doubling down on early career talent and the age of AI was a strategic decision to attract individuals with native AI fluency. The new track is part of a broader expansion of the internship program, which is set to double in size by 2025.

Applicants for the AI track distinguished themselves by showcasing specific AI projects, detailing their everyday use of AI, and explaining problems they had solved with the technology. Millennium sought not only technical skills but also creativity and judgment.

AI interns will be integrated into existing teams, operating similarly to junior employees and gaining access to the same AI tools. Their role involves developing new use cases for AI, assisting teams in reimagining workflows, and initiating discussions about the technology's potential.

Next summer, Millennium will also introduce an investment internship for graduating college seniors. Securing an internship is considered a primary pathway to full-time analyst positions at the competitive firm.
