The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bengaluru has introduced a new Bachelor of Technology (BTech) program focused on Mechanics and Computing. This specialized course aims to integrate principles from both mechanical engineering and computer science. Admissions for this new program will be managed through the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) 2026 process. The academic session for the BTech in Mechanics and Computing is slated to begin shortly.
