A report released on Friday stated that Bollea died of natural causes in July 2025. This conclusion was supported by a private autopsy, which determined that his death was exclusively the result of a compelling natural disease. Hogan collapsed at his mansion on Clearwater Beach on the morning of July 24, 2025, and later died in hospital. The investigation is now closed.
